The project RETHINKING ALIVE AS MATERIAL was created as part of the group show/composition of toolkits under the name Experiencing lives.
It was first presented during ArsElectronica festival in 2020.
It later turned to a series of workshops, performed live in the laboratories, galleries or online via zoom or google meet.
The toolkit was designed to rethink alive as material. To think of the ways we can use nature, create tools out of it, imagine or train plant and animal features, construct their development in the future, and on the other hand - how to take a moment to stop and just appreciate it.
The box includes:
